Perfumes: Are They Only Limited to One Gender?

Let’s admit, at least once in our lifetime, all of us have sniffed a perfume of the opposite gender and loved it so much that it made us wonder why perfumes aren’t unisex and why there are specific fragrances associated with a particular gender.

Frankly speaking, I love the collection of perfumes that my brother owns and I wish they’d produce more of that stuff for women. After all, perfumes should be a gender bender and you can’t just associate a specific gender with a specific perfume.

That being said, unisex fragrances do exist, and we absolutely adore them. Here are some of the top unisex fragrances that you can check out if you’re a gender bender who loves exploring perfumes:

This perfume has a basic note of citrus that will have you mesmerized and asking for more. It’s an incredibly refreshing perfume that will stimulate and satisfy all of your olfactory senses. After all, it’s a unisex perfume and it’s Calvin Klein!

  1. Just wear what you like and feel good in , it doesnt matter what gender it is marketed for

  2. It’s hard to undo all the ways we’ve been conditioned to think certain scents are feminine and others masculine. Social conditioning is strong, but in reality scents do not have a gender. It’s kind of a ridiculous idea. But there are still those perfumes that I will never wear because to me they smell too feminine. But I do know guys who don’t care at all and will rock the most flowery fem stuff and they love it. I’m learning to be more like that. How much more enjoyment to be had that way!

  3. As a female I do gravitate to fragrances targeted towards men. For me they do smell and perform better. Most female fragrances tend to be flower dominant which I am not a fan of. I however don’t think that fragrances should be limited to either sex, whatever works for an individual should be ok to wear. Interesting post here & great views as well.

  4. I think unisex fragrances are not yet as popular as individual women’s and men’s fragrances but they are begining to mark their presence on the market step by step!! I like unisex perfumes and I have some bottles in my collection too! Great article Gazelle!

  5. Incredible! This blog looks exactly like my old one! It’s on a entirely different topic but it has pretty much the same layout and design. Excellent choice of colors!
